I called Vilano this week, because the electrical box in my 2 flat almost started a fire. They came out same day (even though it was getting late in the day) and properly diagnosed the main panel as needing to be replaced. They were willing to put in the box (not a small job) the very next day. They did a great job and the price was fair considering the emergency-like timeline I wanted it done in.
